[Pansophy] ER5C Flanged Bellows Assembly Testing

Tiffany,

A few comments:
1. You may want to add a statement on generating a NCR to Step 3 since
if a FBA fails LPT, we would not want to use it, hence there is no need
to execute subsequent steps.
2. Step 4 would also need a statement on generating NCR since even if
the material is not 316, e.g. some bellows vendors use 321 stainless
steel, we might still use the bellows.
3. Is cleaning of FBA going to be done after final leak check? Maybe
that shall be in the end dish assembly traveler
4. Maybe add a step 5 to this traveler to transition to final leak check
after steps 1-4 are all done with no issues.

Thanks,
Gary
