[Pansophy] Question for Kirk: CMM - TUNE green sheets; Data collection and QMS compliance

Kirk,
I have a CAPA against the "papers" floating around the production floor and I am trying to find a resolution.
This one is the "green" sheet used by Anne's group and Roland in Tuning.
The sheet itself can be put under revision control and the printed copy marked as uncontrolled, however, the data is not being captured in a traveler.
Previously, the cycles between TUNE/CMM were captured in a traveler, but that information is no longer requested.
Instead the "green" sheet was created for passing a cavity between the 2 work centers.
Only 1 traveler is generated and only the final data is recorded.
My question is: Does the number of cycles that a cavity goes through between tuning and measurement/bending need to be captured. Will this give valuable information on the quality of the cavity and or the vendor performance in creating the cavity?
The green sheets are not kept, but thrown away and no record kept.
YES: If the number of cycles is important, then the traveler could be adjusted or the green sheet uploaded with the traveler.
NO: If the number of cycles is not important, then I will just put the green sheet under revisions control and proceed.
I am attaching a copy of the green sheet spreadsheet, an example picture, and my version of a revision controlled document.
Please advise as to how to proceed.
