[Pansophy] Proj Coordinator WCD

Hi,
Tiffany and I were talking about how to maintain our Project Work Control Document Register when new Travelers and Procedures are created.  I don't want to make any changes right now, but I was just wondering if it is possible for Project Coordinators to be added to the list for notification emails sent when a document is added to the "Ready For Approvals" folder in Docushare.  That might be an easy way to catch the creation of new documents for us to update the Registers.

Is that even a possibility?
