[Pansophy] CAPA-040 Paper Documents used in SRF OPS Production - notice of completion and changes

Work Center Leads,

The ISO certification audit resulted in a finding related to paper documents used in the Cryomodule Assembly and the Test & Measurement Work Centers (CAPA-040, attached). Binders in both Work Centers were modified to clearly describe whether the contents are controlled or uncontrolled information.

It is important that each Work Center Lead identify paper documents used in their Work Center, then discuss with me to ensure they are used and labeled in accordance with the Document Management Process.
