Didn't see this before I sent my email. Glad we caught this before it went into production, thank you all for being on top of that. Drop any revised procedures in the ready for approvals folder and I'll get them put out again.
One thing I would ask: If it's not too late would you use the ones I put out for approval? I made a few changes such as adding the revision number to the document tile and the first page. If it's too late, just revise your version while you're editing.

Thanks Joe,

You raise an excellent point, safety should always be our top priority, I'll make the revisions to the procedures to appropriately post the vault as ODH2 prior to entering for cable connections/etc, as well as a step for users to confirm their ODH training is up to date.

I did find an OSP for LERF RT valve connections which I will list in the procedure as well.

Hello Allen and Matt,
I barely started my review of the LERF LCLS2 cryomodule testing procedure. I hope that you understand the reason for my comments disapproving of the cooldown procedure, which applies to other procedures: at least the fast cooldown. During the normal approval sequence, I would wait to be the last person regarding an operational cryomodule plant. I decided that a safety concern could not wait.

In 4K Soak and Pumpdown, the LERF Vault must declare ODH2 BEFORE starting the cable changes and signage. Therefore, the people conducting the step must be ODH2 qualified. Of course, ODH2 status remains until AFTER the restoration of cables and signage. I do not remember the specific ODH2 procedure that was developed by SRF for LERF LCLS2 testing.
