Out of curiosity, what charge code should be used for this project? I think the last time I tried to use one, I ended up getting an error in the timesheet.

We are still required to have NCRs and D3s. I can combine the usernames from the two NCR areas into the D3 names, but I do need to have something. If it would make things easier, we could just use the three approvers in some order.

This is the R&D cavity and it is the first time we are testing this cavity.
It is prototype, so there will be no NCRs or D3s.

I also noticed that in the MEPCRF project folder has a SRFRD-VTA-CAV-VTRF-JLEIC traveler already. Should this one be removed and yours uploaded and routed in its place?

For starters, please leave traveler routing to pansophy. It helps us keep track of things and get the traveler uploaded when complete. We also route to the approvals folder, ready for approvals is set up for pansophy to get notices of documents and review them.
I'm looking for the documents in the MEPCRF folder that was used previously for JLEIC but not seeing them. Could you please link to me the folder where the you put these travelers?

If Peter is more qualified to review this traveler, then of course make him a reviewer. The point of a reviewer is to be another pair of eyes reviewing the document to make sure it is adequate for the task. Just change the approvers from their usernames to their actual names, and don't forget to have the project manager as the last approver.

Thanks for these files.
Looking at all the formats, I put together a version for the JLEIC cavity.
I didn't put the file in the Ready for Approvals Folder yet.
I have a quick question before I upload it - Could Peter Owen be the reviewer instead of Kirk.
Peter had been testing the AUP crab cavity which is a similar cavity structure and is familiar with the nomenclature.

Let me know your thoughts.

We created a couple of different options for your consideration. Please review the travelers, make your decision and any corrections you deem necessary, and put the version you want in the ready for approvals folder. I'll then change its name to SRFRD-VTA-CAV-VTRF-JLEIC and put out for approvals.

I would like to create a CAV-VTRF for the JLEIC one.
