Greetings all,
Attached please find a minor rev of the PPU CMTF acceptance traveler. In response to CAPA 28, from December's Audit A-015: Performance Assurance ISO Audit, the SRF QA Calibration Process needs to show measurements in travelers that state that the use of "Critical MTE" is required for critical measurements, and require proper recording of the unique identifier of the Critical MTE.
The network analyzer used in step 28 for tuner testing is now called "Critical MTE" and the step now uses the language prescribed by section 5.2 of the calibration QA procedure, SRF-03-PR-001 Calibration and Verification_R2.

I've also removed the word "calibration" from step 12 to avoid confusion, since the zeroing of the Baratron pressure transducers is not really a calibration.
Please note that Matthew Weaks, Naeem Huque, Larry King, M. Drury and Ed Daly were the signatories on Rev.2, and I left the signature block alone for Rev 3. However, according to the PPU Master Traveler spreadsheet:
https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-202007/SNSPPU%20MasterTravelerList%2011-9-22.xlsx
M. Marchlik, N. Huque, L. King and M. Drury are the signatories. Let me know if anyone wants to change the signature block for this Rev 3.
I've attached the marked-up draft copy with Track Changes, in case it's helpful. Please let me know if you have any questions.
Allen,
Please find the "clean" copy uploaded to the Draft Travelers area:

Would you please start routing this document for signature?
Thanks,
Larry
