[Pansophy] Docushare question, how to look up previous versions

Anne,

I was sick all last week so I am just joining this party.
There are 2 ways to look. The "Change History" which is what I see the snapshot of below.

And the "Version History" which shows the uploads.

There will be a new "template" coming that will have a tab for the Change Log.
For now, definitely adding a "comment" when uploading a new file would be very helpful.
Perhaps adding initials and what changed, ex. VDB - updated instrument X.
You can also add a tab, label it as "Change Log" and start putting changes there as well.
Hopefully the new template can be released soon.

Hi Ashley -

Yes I could see that they are looking at the register , although so far not making updates to the register from what I can tell

What I noticed seemed to be missing were the numerous updates that I made leading up to the ISO Audit. I am guessing I may have been deleting the old version and saving a new version rather than down loading and uploading (my fault)

I looked at the Change History and they have been accessing it.

Valerie developed a new register template that will soon be implemented that includes a header and change log for similar situations where we want to see a record of changes.

The last time the PJS Calibration register was uploaded was 28-June-23.  The owner is my name because Pansophy swapped all of Jacob's docs to me on 5-July.

You can see version history under the properties for the document. We do have a slideshow for basic docushare use which does touch on this; you can find it on the pansophy help page under training. The docushare properties page is gone over on page 9.
