Hi,
The first page looks good to me. The names came from the work control document register Matt sent me a couple of weeks ago. It certainly is not complete, but it is a good start. The one in ER5C project folder is way way out of date.

I skipped ahead and reviewed this document. It seems that the link has been fixed (albeit to an older procedure that had a periodic review date back in 2022). Other than that, it seems that the NCR names have been changed and a step 3 added. If both you and Alex are ok with the changes, I will route for approval. For context, here’s a side-by-side of the differences.

If the procedure needs to be updated to a new one, let me know where to find the new one. If a revision needs to be put out for approval, we can do that simultaneously with the traveler. Just let me know how you would like to proceed.

Hi Allen,

I have uploaded about twenty documents with updated responding names and updated links to supporting documents. I am not aware of any reference issues for a document that Alex uploaded. Is there a reference issue with the version I uploaded? If you can look at each one and let me know if there is an issue, I have time to address it. The pansophy traveler  tutorial says that all I have to do is put the documents in the Ready For Approvals folder and the new documents will be sent for signatures. When will the documents be sent for signatures?

Christiana,

I saw that you put a new version of ER5C-CHEM-CAV-HPR in the ready for approvals folder. Back in October, Alex put one in that I had to send back due to some reference issues. Were these issues addressed in this new version, and can I delete the old one? In the future, you can upload a new version of a document by clicking the three dots on the far right side. It’ll help reduce confusion on stuff like this.
