This is the email in question I was referring to. I have not had a chance to look over the traveler yet, as there are a lot of travelers and I was out for all of last week. But I noticed the dual documents and wanted to ask while I worked my way towards them.

Alex,

I was giving the traveler a final review before routing for approvals when I noticed the link to the procedure is broken. It appears to be linking to a personal drive. Referenced documents have to be from a repository like docushare or the JLAB repository.
I also noticed that the document is for C75, and in the old naming convention. A check of docushare located this document, but also found that the periodic review date for it was last year. If this document is to be used for the traveler, it will have to be reviewed and put out as a new ER5C version. We can do the approvals for that concurrently with the traveler. Please review the referenced procedure and let me know how you would like to proceed.

We don't take travelers by email anymore, so I will need you to put it into the ER5C Ready for Approvals, which you can find here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-51713>.

We also have new rules for travelers. As Gigi is an SME and not project manager, we would need for his role to be renamed, and for the ER5C project manager to be added. Lastly, please add or transfer at least one name into the NCR Informative section. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to reach out.
