Subject: Work Stoppage for LCLS HE

All,

Effective immediately, please stop all work on LCLS II HE. Place all activities in a safe condition such that all personnel and equipment are protected. The work stoppage is in effect until further notice.

Work in the LERF is excluded from the stoppage.

Folks are to charge their time to HE charge codes as if all work was proceeding.
