Peter,
Thank you for reaching out. We do not have a "template" for the Service Request system.
However, I think if you design using the traveler template (i.e. in Word), I think you could describe what you need for the Service Request.
We sketched out what we wanted each "style" of page to look like and then coded for that.
I'm attaching the 2 travelers I formatted, but feel free to reformat as needed.
Where there is a "page break" would be a new page similar to our administrative pages.
It is hand coded, so we have more flexibility.
If you would like to setup a teams meeting with me, I would be glad to discuss options/ideas, then we can go from there.
One question, would the "Test Plans" also be put in this type of system as well or just the test requests?
Look forward to hearing from you.
Valerie

Subject: [Pansophy] Pansophy Request Template
Hi Pansophy group,
I'm writing a traveler for the VTA that will capture each test we execute. One step of the process is a VTA Test Request form. This form is filled out by a project coordinator or R&D Principal Investigator to let us (VTA testing group) know that a cavity is coming and what is required in terms of test stands, dewars, schedule time, measurement equipment, etc. I've though about different features that this Request Form will need, and I think the style matches with the Pansophy Service Request window. Because we're trying to capture every test that goes on in the VTA, there are a lot of variables that would make a very long traveler. Having a dynamic form like the Service Request would make the user experience much easier.
So my question is this: Is there a template or document where I can start creating all the fields that we need for a VTA Test Request form? Something like the draft Traveler template, where I can write the steps, descriptions, user entry fields, and variable names, before the document is converted to Pansophy format.
This will be a long-ish project, with lots of iterative feedback cycles from all the users of the VTA.
Thanks,
Peter Owen
