Gary,

Due to SNSPPU getting ready to go out the door, I have been instructed by Valerie to put the traveler out for approval with the references as they currently stand. This is something we will need to keep a closer eye on in the future to keep from happening again.

Allen,

I haven't been able to work on this traveler yet but I will try to find time working on it.

Thanks,
Gary

Gary,

It’s been a while on this traveler, have you had a chance to look at these references?

Gary,

I was looking over your SNSPPU-CMA-CMASS-ASSY traveler before routing. Part of that involved updating the drawing links to ones to the jlab document control group area, which is the preferred method for drawings now. I also looked at the procedure links, and had some things I wanted to bring up. The CP-SNSPPU-CM-INST-MLI procedure goes to a C75 procedure, and does not appear to have been approved. The Indium Installation Procedure didn’t have any project assigned to it, but I did find this version<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-257359/SRF-MSPR-CMA-THERM-IND-R1.pdf> in the SRF Master Procedure area, and wanted to be sure it was acceptable before I changed it. Could you confirm if the linked Indium procedure version is acceptable, and let me know if there is an acceptable alternative to the CP-SNSPPU-CM-INST-MLI procedure? If it is something that will be used in multiple projects, it could be turned into a master procedure.

Allen
