[Pansophy] NCR notices

When filling out an NCR it is best to start from the Traveler from which the NCR is to be attached.
This is from ER5C-NCR #929.
Notice the section "The Traveler". It is linked to ER5C-INSP-DGLG-R6-103.
This is correct and will send to the people listed for that traveler.

This is from ER5C-NCR #930
Notice the section "The Traveler". It is linked to ER5C-NCR-R12-929.
This is linked to the NCR traveler and not the inspection traveler.
It will send to the people listed for the NCR traveler and NOT the INSP traveler.

Hope this clarifies the confusion.
You should be able to change "The Traveler" section to point to the correct INSP traveler.

Hello all

Kara indicated that Pansophy was already informed , however to be safe  wanted to resend this, and add a few other folks who should be made aware . The problem may relate to having recently added people to the list of dispositoners ? Or perhaps there is another cause

Any assistance would be much appreciated to help sort this out

Anne,

For some reason, I had two nonconformances on DGLG SN 225 and Pansophy automatically sent notice to two different places.

Valerie and Megan were notified of one with the photo attachment, NCR 930, the one without the photo, NCR 929, was sent to Danny, Aaron, Christiana, Greg and Kirk.
