You are definitely still in the account administrators group. Is this the first time  you've tried to add a user since the upgrade?

Also probably a silly question but I just want to make sure you're looking at the live url (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare ) and not the dev one (https://misportaldev.jlab.org/docushare) I sent out a few weeks ago for testing.

If you're indeed looking at the live site, I can enter a case with support to see what's going on. In the mean time, if you send me the user, I can add them for you.

Dana,

I was trying to add a name to docushare but was running into some issues. Trying to follow your instructions<https://jlab.servicenowservices.com/missp?id=kb_article&sysparm_article=KB0011712> led me to an admin home page that I don't recognize (see attached email). I'm not seeing the account management area anywhere on the page, I even used ctrl+f to try and find it. Could you look into this on your end to see if they changed something, or if my permissions somehow got changed?
