[Pansophy] New Serialization R4 procedure

Phil and Ashley,

Thank  you for the catch. I've ported the document over to the latest template. Be sure not to delete the section header at the bottom, or you'll remove the footer and then we'll be back to square one on this.
I did notice upon a second glance that the terms and definitions section is empty. Wanted to double check that there aren't any items that do need to be added in.
Otherwise, I think we're good. Make any changes you need to step 5.5, and put it into ready for approvals.

Hi,

Reviewers are correct for a QMS document, thanks for being more diligent about checking that Allen.

Looks like it's on an old template, it needs that uncontrolled image in the footer.  Allen are you able to handle that change?

Phil - I thought you got rid of the "shall" in 5.5, maybe that was something else I'm thinking of.

Phil,

Looks alright on my end, just double check that the reviewers are correct. We've had several instances of Ashley and Tony added on to the wrong approvals, and I'm working on stopping that from happening.
