[Pansophy] INC0119729 NOT RESOLVED YET

Andrew,

My team still can't access the new Pansophy development server!

We are on a bit of a time crunch to finish testing before releasing into production.

Can you help?

  1.  No one, except me, can log into pansophydev-2023.jlab.org Either by direct putty of ssh from our database server.
  2.  Even with adding IP addresses to the ColdFusion administrator, team still can't log into the CFIDE (Bobby Lawrence helped me set this up).
  3.  No one, except me, can log into pansophy.jlab.org (production server), which will be upgraded this month.
  4.
We need to have this access soon to complete our testing.

Should we schedule individual meetings? Each send in a separate incident?
