[Pansophy] DocuShare Project Areas for AUP and EIC have been modified

The AUP and EIC project areas within DocuShare have been modified.
Their now exists a top level Project Area with sub-projects within the directory structure.
Additionally, the AUPPRD (Production AUP), EICMAG (EIC Girder Magnets), EICCRB (EIC Crab Cavity Prototype), and EICELL (EIC Elliptical Cavity Prototype), are now structured after the new Project Folder Directory Structure.
This new structure is a first time usage and would greatly appreciate any feedback.
