Hi Allen,

Interesting upgrade. I wish to use it as soon as possible, but... it will be great if you can prepare some slides on this new features.

While data mining, USER DEFINED is my preferred choice ( and here I have some suggestions ). See please the next screen copy cuts:

  1.
Data mining on C100R :

[cid:e8ea9868-d7f3-42e2-a89b-c97caa5e4302]

  1.
Multiple choices (CavSN, TestDate, TestOperator1, RF_TestRawData2):
[cid:45e6fb3e-7146-4732-a3aa-d999c255bc89]
Great output, and active links for RF_TestRawData2. wished active links are also provided for trav_seq_num...
  2.
Save query in Excel file... and the Excel version is still 25 years OLD...wished the Excel file has the "new" XLSX extension.
[cid:60643d93-6890-4a71-ab60-3004165bffdb]
  3.
The Query saved as Excel file has missing trav_seq-Num ( wished it is also saved in Excel, with active link), then ... the RF_TESTRAWDATA column has something in it but I don't know how to use this information. It will be useful to have RF_TESTRAWDATA info (or other similar data files) also with active links.

I hope these issues can be fixed.

Thank you,
Mircea

Subject: Pansophy Updates

Good afternoon, all,

As part of our continued goal of making Pansophy a more powerful and user-friendly experience, we have recently made changes to a few areas.

The changes make use of a new library feature that utilizes DataTables, which provides improved search and sorting capabilities making the search global, improved export to EXCEL and PDF, and the ability to use tabbed tables. Multiple search criteria’s can be entered, separated by a space, which creates an AND conditional search (see PRIMeS example below).

  *   TPAcronyms<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/UserTools/dAcronyms.cfm>
     * Under the Traveler Tools drop down. Uses DataTables.

There have also been some developments in Pansophy Reports, some new and some upgraded. Below is a list of links and descriptions of each.

  * Under Production Menu Status Boards Drop Down
     * SNSPPU Cernox Sensor Status Board<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Production/StatusBoards/SNSPPU/Cernox.cfm>. Uses DataTables.
     * EICMAG Status Board<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Production/StatusBoards/EICMAG/GRDRRecv.cfm> Show received magnet girders. Uses DataTables.
  * The following primes pages uses DataTables.

Example: Search criteria separated by a space (e.g. “L2H WASH”) will filter for Project and Part Number

     *   Display Inventory<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayInventory.cfm>
     *   Display Drawings<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayDrawings.cfm>
     *   Display Parts<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayParts.cfm>
     *   Display Purchase Orders<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayPurchaseOrders.cfm>
     *   Display Unit Cost<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayUnitCost.cfm>
     *   Display Project Names<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayProjectNames.cfm>
     *   Display Locations<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayLocations.cfm>
     *   Display Status Codes<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/PRIMeS/DisplayStatusCodes.cfm>

We at Pansophy hope you find these updates to be welcome changes to Pansophy. If you have any questions or comments, please contact us at pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>.

Thank you for your time,

Allen Samuels
