[Pansophy] Drill down error

Hi,

I was checking L2HE J-23 drill down for open Travelers and NCRs.

Cavity HE-R073 - those 2 open ones link to HPR traveler when clicked, not USC and they are both closed.  Spot check indicates all cavities seem to have this same error (in this CM)
