[Pansophy] C100R Traveler IDs - RENAMING OF ACCELERATOR RELATED TRAVELER IDS

Tiffany,

The INSTA and CM are no longer considered Work Centers.
We are trying to align to Kirk's Production breakdown of work centers and work stations.

For work done in the Accelerator (CEBAF) we use the work center ACC.
So the following would be:
C100R-ACC-CM-INST
C100R-ACC-CM-COMM

I apologize if I missed this in the C100R WCD Approval process and/or renaming process.
I found it recently during my analysis of the Acronyms.

I am trying to keep the Acronym listing up-to-date.

Subject: C100R Traveler IDs

Tiffany,

It has come to my attention that there are two C100R travelers in production that are in the old naming convention. For the sake of uniformity, I'm currently in the process of transferring them to the new template and traveler ID. You don't need to do anything with the travelers themselves besides look over them when I'm done, we will do that work to convert them as well as transfer the data over. I was wondering if these travelers were already in the WCD with correct IDs, and if the NCR/D3s should change at all. The travelers are C100R-CM-COMM-R1 and C100R-INSTA-CM-R1. For your viewing convenience, I have attached the original word documents to this email.

Thank you for your time,

Allen
