As it turns out we were using the wrong procedure template, which gave us the wrong list of signatures after yours. I’ve updated the traveler to what should be the correct one, I just need your review of my work, and to let me know who the second Document Reviewer should be. It should be someone from the VAC group who’s an SRFOPS qualified SME or WCL.

This is not a QMS procedure, it is maybe a SRF Programmatic Control and Master Document level procedure? I'm not sure, but Tony and I do not need to sign this. The approvers list is in the Doc Management Procedure linked below, but I pulled the procedure list out here:

 

I'm working with Valerie on getting the QMS procedures moved away from the areas where the traveler and procedure templates are commonly stored and getting a non-QMS template released so this doesn't keep happening.
