The project's WCD Register should always be a "forward" looking document that provides the current list of work control documents (travelers and procedures) that are needed for the project, along with the current relevant points of contact. When a project WCD Register is approved, Allen will automatically update NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioner, and D3 names; however, the traveler is not updated to reflect the author/reviewer names. The author/reviewer names in the project's WCD Register should be used when any revision to a specific traveler or procedure is needed. For example, Scott Williams may be listed as an author on a traveler but Greg Grose is the current appropriate author for that particular traveler - the WCD Register should be revised to show Greg as the author of the traveler and if/when that traveler needs to be revised, Greg would be listed as the author. The project WCD Register does not need (and probably at some point will not) match the issued traveler or procedure.
The requirements for who is listed as a traveler or procedure author, reviewer 1, reviewer 2, and Project Representative are in the SRF-11-PR-001 Project Execution procedure<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-280070/SRF-11-PR-001%20Project%20Execution%20R3.pdf>. (see screen shot below for relevant section) You can update the names that I suggested as needed so that they follow the requirements provided in the PE procedure.
If you are listing documents that are not specific to your project in the project's WCD Register, I suggest you either put "N/A" or grey out the cells for the author/reviewer/NCR/D3 names to indicate that your project is not responsible for identifying the individuals for those documents.

Hi Tiffany,
I looked at the comments and the responses are below. In general, all of the the documents listed are already approved. Would they all need to be revised to match this document, or should the WCD be accurate as per the latest documents in Pansophy/Docushare?
* AUPPS-FAB-FLDANT-ASSY and AUPPS-FAB-INPANT-ASSY don't involve the brazing workcenter, and so Greg Grose isn't a relevant reviewer
* AUPPS-PROC-CRMC-INSP uses the CMM and Brazing workcenters, so Greg is a more relevant reviewer than Anne, since Aaron already represents CMM, and Greg is the brazing WCL.
* The inventory travelers are made by Mike and Calvin, and the PC/PM doesn't usually have much involvement in them. The current traveler reviewers in the WCD are the same ones as are in Pansophy. I could ask Mike to go and revise them all, but it would be a lot of unnecessary work considering that he's just adding himself as a second reviewer.
As a general note, a number of traveler and procedures have additional reviewers. Can the WCD have additional columns added, or could the template include additional columns?
Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Naeem -
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on this. Attached is a copy of the document you sent with my suggested edits/corrections. The WCD Register should list who is the point of contact for that work at the current moment (so it should not list people that are no longer associated with that position - like Ashley and Scott). Also the PE procedure does have requirements for who can be an Author/Reviewer 1/Reviewer 2/Project Rep. In the purple font, you'll see my suggested name changes so that the names are current and align with the current Project Execution procedure. For the Leak Check Requirements document and the MSPR procedure, who the responsible person currently for these documents is outside of the scope of the AUPPS project, so I suggest that we leave those names blank. You can use N/A or just grey out the cells. I do like having them listed as I think it makes a more comprehensive list of what work control documents are required by AUPPS; however, I also want to avoid having a disconnect between who is listed in the AUPPS WCD Register and who is listed in actual procedure. I also deleted the Template Approval tab since it is not needed for your Register.
Please let me know if you have any questions or if you'd like to discuss further.
