I believe the requirements for periodic reviewers are in SRF-07-PR-001 Document Management procedure (owned by Valerie). Section 5.10 seems to be what you are looking for.

My interpretation is that if the form and/or procedure are:
- QMS documents (meaning the document ID is in the format SRF-##-FM-### or SRF-##-PR-###, and the document will be saved in the DocuShare QMS Documents folders) then the document is required to have a periodic review date 2 years from now.
- SRF documents (meaning the document ID is in the format SRF-MSPR-WorkCenter-Component-Action or SRF-MSFM-WorkCenter-Componet-Action, and the document will be saved in the 01-SRF Operations Work Control Documents folder) then the document is required to have a periodic review date 4 years from now.
- Project specific documents (meaning the document ID is in the format Project-PR-WorkCenter-Component-Action or Project-FM-WorkCenter-Component-Action, and the document will be saved in the Project's WCD DocuShare folder) then the document is not required to have periodic review date.

Subject: Periodic Review Periods
Tiffany,
I had a question I was hoping you could answer since you're in charge Project Execution QMS documents. I have a master form and master procedure getting ready to go out for approvals. What should the periodic review period be for them? If you are unsure, do you know who I might contact to ask?
Allen
