[Pansophy] PEP for EICELL

I see it, thank you.

Could you confirm for me if it's a new PEP or a revision of the one that got disapproved? I see they have the same name, but I wanted to be sure before I marked it in my list as such. If it helps, I've attached the file for the one that was sent out in November.

The last EIC PEP I got was the EIC Elliptical Cavity Prototype Project Execution Plan. If that's the one you're referring to, Tony disapproved it back in November and I haven't gotten a revised version of it since. If this is a different PEP, please put it in the project's ready for approvals folder and I will look over it.
