[Pansophy] Rework Done: NCR:1021 on ER5C-INSP-CAV-R7--221

Hi Seth,
after final dispositioning, I've realized that you've updated the re-work steps in the wrong NCR. It was not 1021, the rework steps should have been updated for NCRs 1090 and 1092.

Pansophy, could you please re-open NCR 1021 and cut and past page 3 into page 3 of NCRs 1090 and 1092?
