Hi Megan,

A specific PTW (e.g. JLAB-PTW-2091

can be linked.

Michelle and I did some experiments. We found that if you are already 
signed into ePas, the PTW link works seamlessly. However, if you are not 
signed in, the link will first direct you to the ePas sign-in page. 
After signing in, the PTW link will then work as expected.

The BLA traveler will have the above PTW link included.
