Hi Ashley,

I think the current drawing for the HOME is 11151-0002, rev B.  As for the FPFT, just enter the part number as FPFT and the rev as '-'.  And just to clarify, are we changing the existing serial numbers, or adding new ones?

Also, you may have to enter the part types separately.

I can't submit a service request..
I'm asking to add SNs for ER5C
HOMESN: 151 - I think just 151 and not HOME151 based on the sequence of the HOME SNs.
FPFTSN: 202, 10202

These were entered in comment boxes of travelers, I don't know drawing details or RAM info.
