[Pansophy] Service Request not working

Thanks Mike,

I don't know if these are new or built to the current drawings. I'm just finding these SNs in assembly traveler comment fields and trying to get them entered into a traveler correctly. They might be really old reused parts, we haven't ordered new FPFTs for ER5C in a long time, so I have no idea what these are built to. HOME #151, I think that's an old one because the new ones seem to start at HOME200 and be in the system as they arrived except for some that I guess CMM serialized... so I hesitate to guess at the drawing/rev

I wasn't able to hit submit on the screen shot below, it only was 1 SN and 1 part type. I figured it was easier to combine them into one email since I couldn't use the service request.

These should be SNs that are not in the system already, I'm not changing existing ones.

Thanks
- Ashley

Hi Ashley,

I think the current drawing for the HOME is 11151-0002, rev B. As for the FPFT, just enter the part number as FPFT and the rev as ‘-‘. And just to clarify, are we changing the existing serial numbers, or adding new ones?

Also, you may have to enter the part types separately.

Hi,

I can't submit a service request..

I'm asking to add SNs for ER5C

HOMESN: 151 - I think just 151 and not HOME151 based on the sequence of the HOME SNs.
FPFTSN: 202, 10202

These were entered in comment boxes of travelers, I don't know drawing details or RAM info.

Thanks!
