[Pansophy] Another Procedure 4 review

John,
Here's my version with revisions. They were fairly minor, just editing some formatting. The only thing I couldn't quite figure out is the procedure ID. ALIGN is an action which I think fits better than INST, so I recommend we move it there. That leaves an empty component slot. I think either CM for Cryomodule or CAV for Cavity would fit best, but I'm not sure which. Your thoughts? Our acronym area in pansophy<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/UserTools/dAcronyms.cfm> has both if looking at them would help.
Once we get this procedure ID figured out, update it in the doc title and within the procedure, and drop it in ready for approvals. I'll route from there.
