Thank you Jacques. I did make a couple changes to fix the links to the procedures and add direct links to the process flow maps. We don't allow links to folders and require a link to each individual reference. Otherwise everything looks good and you're good on your end. We aren't requiring these to go through approvals again, so I will process FPWA to upload into pansophy, and we just need Naeem to approve the now FPCWA traveler.
One last thing. Rather than emailing me directly with traveler and pansophy related emails, please send them to pansophy at jlab.org. That helps me keep the others in the loop, and if for some reason I'm unable to respond, someone else can help you out.
Allen

Allen,
I have updated the traveler with the new procedures.
For EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY-R1, I updated step 7 and 19 with the correct degreasing procedure. I also updated the BCP steps with the new procedure.
For EIC197-FAB-FPWA-ASSY-R1, I updated step 7 with the correct degreasing procedure. I also updated the BCP steps with the new procedure.
All left to do is to link the hyperlinks to the proper file location of the procedures.

I see them in the master procedure folder. Thank you very much, Naeem.
Jacques, I can easily swap out the old AUP procedure for these in the references area, but there's a couple instances within both travelers of the AUP procedure being referenced in the instructions. Which of the new procedure should I replace it with?

Understood, Naeem. Is there a new version ready, or does it need to be created?

Hi Allen,
This old procedure should have been replaced by a newer master procedure. The new version should be linked to the traveler
Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Allen,
I just received from Naeem the procedure for EIC197 that replaces the AUP procedure I listed on the travelers.
Here is the link for it:

Let me know if you have any problems with the link.

Subject: EIC197-FAB travelers
Jacques,
We need to put a brief pause on the EIC917-FAB travelers that are out for approval. There's a couple of things that need to be cleared up.
First, EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY is going to be renamed to FPCWA for FPC WAVEGUIDE ASSY. That component ID is in the system so we don't have to add anything. You don't need to do anything for this, I'm just keeping you in the loop.
We do need to change some of the referenced documents however. The link in both travelers that goes to a sharepoint drive is not allowed. The files there need to be added to DocuShare. I don't have access so I'm not certain exactly what they are, but if they are process flow maps like I suspect, they should go in the EIC197 Process Flow Maps folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-58623>. Once they are in docushare, send any relevant links and I will add them to the traveler.
Lastly, an AUP procedure is listed in the references. It is in the old naming convention, and for another project. The procedure will either have to be turned into an EIC197 procedure, or made into a master procedure. I have CC-ed Naeem and Alex Wildeson to this email, I would recommend coordinating with them to get the procedure taken care of. We can process the procedure right next to the travelers, but the travelers will have to wait to go in until the procedure is approved.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Allen
