Jacques,
I'm going to ask you to forget that question for a second. I've been looking at my list, and it looks like I might have already fixed this traveler, but for some reason did not put the version with the fixed references out for approval. We've been talking about EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-289344/EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY-R1.docx>, the FPC Waveguide Fabrication Traveler. But I have another one of the same title, just with the ID of EIC197-FAB-FPCWA-ASSY instead. It seems to be the same traveler, just with a different ID, some different SNs, and the swapped out references.
I've linked it to this email for your review. If I am correct, then we can disregard this entire email chain and I will upload the revised traveler to pansophy.
I apologize for the confusion. We've had a bunch of EIC197-FAB travelers, and a lot of renamings among them.
Allen

Allen,
I don’t think I follow the question.
Steps 3a/b, 11a/b, and 15a/b follow the master procedure associated with SRF-MSPR-CHEM-NB-ACID-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261723/SRF-MSPR-CHEM-NB-ACID-R1.pdf>.
The other mentioned steps follow master procedure associated with SRF-MSPR-CHEM-FBH-DEGR-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261899/SRF-MSPR-CHEM-FBH-DEGR-R1.pdf>.
Let me know if this answers the question.
Thank you,

Understood, thank you Naeem.
Jacques, regarding EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY, where should both the master procedures go in the meat of the traveler? I'm seeing it in steps 3a/b, 7, 11a/b, 15a/b, and 19. as a reminder, the master procedures used previously are SRF-MSPR-CHEM-NB-ACID-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261723/SRF-MSPR-CHEM-NB-ACID-R1.pdf> and SRF-MSPR-CHEM-FBH-DEGR-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-261899/SRF-MSPR-CHEM-FBH-DEGR-R1.pdf>. The traveler is otherwise approved, so once we get this done I can work on getting it into pansophy.
Allen

Hi Allen,
The new chemistry procedure is just for Justine's travelers. The others, including the ones you listed, can have the master procedures
Thanks,
Naeem

Good morning,
The EIC197-PR-CHEM-CAV-ACID-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-289509/EIC197-PR-CHEM-CAV-ACID-R1.pdf> procedure has been approved and uploaded to DocuShare. Some of your travelers had the AUP version of the procedure linked previously before either being updated to one of two SRF-MSPR procedures, or requested that this new procedure be created. I wanted to reach out and see if either EIC197-FAB-FPWA-ASSY<https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=EIC197&area=EIC197&system=> or EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-289344/EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY-R1.docx> needed the new procedure swapped in. I've been instructed that this can be considered an administrative update and can be done without stopping the approval process or putting out a new approval.
One note, because EIC197-FAB-FPCWV-ASSY has the old AUP procedure in it, it will need to be updated no matter what. The question is should it be the two master procedures used previously, or the new EIC197 procedure. EIC197-FAB-FPWA-ASSY can be left as is if the two master procedures are acceptable.
Allen
