This is looking better!


Question on the link you're sending out.  If a new rev is released, does the link always point to the latest revision or to the one that was approved in the email?  When I click, it opens a PDF, so I can't really tell.

I think if you stop the link at the document number and are "uploading a new version" over the old one, it will always point to the current revision.

Or you could point to the approval folder.

Something to consider as you develop this process of notifications...
