Pansophy, please reopen NCR 475.

John V. please update the sign off of the NCR to reflect the results of the cavity retest.

All, this is the expectation for all NCR sign offs for proper documentation. State the results of the corrective action, not just suggest the corrective action.

Please review NCR #475. Submit a service request in Pansophy if it needs to be changed.

The comment in the final disposition seems like it should be the initial disposition and then the retest should inform the final disposition to be conforming or use as is... is that correct?

It needs an update on the results of the post testing leak check. If it was above spec, this should be turned into a NCR and the NCR number should be added to the D3 so we can trace the actions.

Both of these just say "Not Measured -PO"  This is acceptance criteria, I need to have a reason why we didn't measure these. I don't see a NCR or D3 with more information.

I didn’t realize this was shipping today, I don’t have my laptop with me. I’ll add the NCR and traveler data and then upload the files to SLAC on Monday afternoon. Please make sure the rest of the spreadsheet is ready to go and all relevant files are in the Docushare folder.
Mention any significant NCRs in the configuration tab and I’ll pull them for the NCR tab.

I won’t have much time on Monday since I’ll be traveling, so if I normally send you an email reminder for missing information, consider this it.
