Adam,

Unfortunately we are not longer updating registers or documents for users.
We, the software team, must follow all procedures as written.
Until procedures are made or updated for how WCD Registers and review of documents are to be handled, we will follow the current Project Execution and Document Management Procedures, which states the Project Coordinators must make updates to the registers.

This proposed process is too complicated and I don't have time for the back and forth. Allen has already spent time talking to me and sending this email, clearly, he is the one that understands how this will work. Can he please make the update, ask for approval, and then implement it. Here's the information and links we need to make these WCD changes.

The three travelers involved are L2HE-CHEM-BLA-DEGR-R3<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-303567/L2HE-CHEM-BLA-DEGR-R3.docx>, L2HE-CHEM-BLACRM-DEGR-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-303566/L2HE-CHEM-BLACRM-DEGR-R1.docx>, and L2HE-FURN-BLA-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-303568/L2HE-FURN-BLA-R1.docx> (based on the WCD that was put in ready for approvals<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-303767/L2HE%20Work%20Control%20Document%20Register%2024Jul25.xlsx> I think L2HE-FURN-BLA should have -BAKE at the end but I might be wrong). What needs to happen is the travelers be added to the live WCD<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-285488/L2HE-RG-001-R3%20L2HE%20WCD%20Register.xlsx> so we have entries for them. If the Approvals/NCR/D3 emails in the versions sitting in ready for approvals<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-49548> are good, we can use those. If not, we'll need to modify the travelers too.

Here's how the changes are made live. If we're going for minor revisions, we'll need two because of the two work centers. For each you'd advance the revision number, list it as minor, put a note about adding documents for that work center or something, then make sure the WCL approves the changes (preferably by email for the sake of records). We'd then make that version live, and rise and repeat for the other work center.
