[Pansophy] Activating Adobe- alternative directions to capture new licensing

That fixed it. I'm guessing I was logged into the old account even after doing this the other week, and needed to log into the new one. Thank you for your help, Crystal.

Your Adobe Pro was renewed back in December. Here are the steps to complete to get to your new license started before you expire:



  1.  When you see this message in Adobe please click on the blue sign out and use an Adobe ID

  2.  You are now signed out of the Adobe
  3.  Logging in will be your JLab email and click continue

  4.  Verify your identity if you have this set up on your phone

  5.  Enter your password

  6.  You will have to select a profile – for this you will choose the picture you do not recognize for me it was the lovely birthday cake one, that will be the new license for FY25

  7.  You are officially in your new license once you see the blank screen that looks like this, with your name of course 😊
