Hi Valerie,

Phil can correct me if I'm wrong, but neither his procedures nor the project execution procedures list the PEP traceability form as a requirement. I think that it is why it was skipped when the project forms for EIC197 where initially done.

Phil, is this actually a requirement?

Thanks,
Naeem

THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

I have been in contact with Mike Dickey and we will be sure to get both the PRIMeS and Traveler acronyms, drawings, and serial numbers updated and all travelers put back into place.

@Naeem Huque<mailto:huque at jlab.org> the EIC197 SRF-09-FM-001 PEP Traceability Form will need to be completed.

Justine,

Do you have a list of the Drawings/Rev and the component descriptions for the parts being fabricated? Additionally, with the Acronyms chosen?

I'm attaching a spreadsheet of what information I am looking for.

Also, do you know if Naeem or Eduard have a similar list?

Valerie
