Hi Allen,

Great, thank you. The AUPHM8 project is a replacement for the AUPHM5 project. They cover the exact same scope of work, so the hour change should be an exact exchange, 1 for 1.

JLab had to change our project coding for financial management/contract reasons because of Fermi Lab's new contract and OPI Code in the financial system, but the project purpose did not change, just the code.

If you need specifics on the project purpose, Naeem can assist.

Good morning Allen,

I'm reaching out for your help with a time sensitive Timesheet update that is required because Fermi Lab recently changed their operating contract (and OPI Code), and we have had to update to a new project code.

Please update your Timesheets to move all Labor hours from AUPHM5 to AUPHM8 for any hours entered for 11/26/24 forward.

Thank you in advance for your help, and please complete this by the end of day on Monday, 01/27.

Please move the Labor hours on Project AUPHM5 to AUPHM8 for time entered 11/26/24 forward. The hours that need to be changed are shown below, and instructions for updating your timesheet are attached.

Once you've made the changes, please sign the updated Timesheets, work with your supervisor to approve them, and please confirm back once all is done.
