Eugene and John

I've been reviewing and catching up on documents today and noticed that the slam stick procedure sent earlier this month fell through the cracks and never got sent out. I'm reviewing now and it looks good, but the ID is a bit off. I've revised it to L2HE-PR-CMA-SSX-ACTION, having everything except the ACTION acronym. I believe it is either INST for Installation or SHIP for Shipping. I personally lean towards INST. As the author of the procedure and the author of the traveler waiting on this, is there a preference? Which one better encompasses the actions being taken in the procedure?
