The question was, why is Matt Weaks not on here? I don't know, but Gary as the project engineer can sign instead. It can be routed to Fischer, Cheng, Grabowski like it says on the WCD.

PLEASE READ:



If you read the Project Execution Procedure / WCD Procedure,

a minor change (only 1 work center area) does not require a full approval.

  1.  The Work Center Lead can verbally/email approve the change with the Project Coordinator,
  2.  the register is updated by the project coordinator,
  3.  and the new version loaded into DocuShare.

All without requiring “formal” approval.



Adam,

Additionally, why is Gary approving rather than Fischer?

I don’t understand.

Was Fischer consulted on this change?

You're right that it doesn't quite fit the WCD, but Matt Weaks isn't listed in the WCD either. If this is an error, we should create a new version of the L2HE WCD. I'll wait to hear your response before I terminate the routing to change it.
