[Pansophy] Update approved procedure

Harshani,

I had a couple more questions about these procedures. Are they intended to be used for multiple projects? If so, rather than create versions for each project and put them out for approvals, we could turn these into master procedures (MSPR) and put each one through approvals only once. They'll require periodic review, but that's only mandatory every three years.

In a similar vein, there's two plasma processing travelers for ER5C and C100R respectfully. There aren't any references attached currently, but going forward we're going to start requiring that travelers have linked references. Do you know what procedures these two will be needing? Again, we could make master procedures that work across multiple projects.

Lastly, what project code should we be using for PLACLN work?

I believe that the correct template is SRF-07-FM-003 SRF OPS Word Document Template, R3<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-296868/SRF-07-FM-003%20SRF%20OPS%20Word%20Document%20Template%20R3.docx>. Unless this is actually a Project procedure, the linked template should be used for the update. In that case, since it has not been approved, this will be an R1. It should also be named PLACLN-VSA-CAV-PROC-R1 to fit the naming convention.  I will get back to you about what template it should be in.

Do you mean PLACLN-RF-VSA-CAV-MOVE-R1<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-257625/PLACLN-RF-VSA-CAV-MOVE-R1.xlsx>? I'm not seeing the exact one you mentioned. You would make the update and add a revision note then put it out for approvals, but I'm not seeing a revision area, or what the template the document I linked is in. Do you or anyone else at PLACLN have an idea? That second part is of course superfluous if I got the wrong document of course.
