[Pansophy] C100 Alignment Procedure

Here is my reviewed copy. I made a few grammar changes which I left track changes on for you to see. These aren't necessary so if you disagree feel free to remove them.
I did have a question. You have an R2 revision note, but this is an R1 and I don't see an R1 in DocuShare. Which revision should this be?
