[Pansophy] Completion Chemistry Service Request

Hi Alex,

We are working to complete the chemistry service request the interns started over the summer. With the bulk of the work now completed we hope to demonstrate the functionality to you shortly. We would like to know if HPR work needs to be added to the form.
