[Pansophy] Need a copy

John,

Were you unable to get to the directory or when you clicked on the file it wouldn't download a copy?
I'm trying to understand the permissions I set on closed projects.
It looks like you should be able to look at all docs here and also be able to download a copy. Help me understand.

In the meantime, is this an old document that is going to be upgraded? added to DCG Repo? Need help?
