Good Morning, Valerie,
We just want to clarify that we are only migrating folders from the m:// drive locations. We are not presently making any changes to documents stored in Docushare.
Presently, we are looking to migrate the archived projects and not active until we can work with Eden to determine whether it is a possibility to migrate the active project folders:
LCLS-II (archived)
SNS PPU (archived)
L2CMRB (active)
LCLS2-HE (active)
Are you saying that you have items within these m:/ drive locations that will impact your ISO certification?
Thank you,
Erin

Subject: Re: Follow up on ISO cert and MLP folders
Any documents or records created for the execution of a project by SRF Operations must be stored in a manner that is available for use, protected, and controlled (for revisions and retention). Since we cannot control these aspects of Sharepoint, we have stated that Docushare is our preferred storage location.
These documents/files include: procedures, travelers, data, meeting minutes, presentations, lessons learned, project planning, photos, reports directly related to work performed by SRF Operations.

Subject: Follow up on ISO cert and MLP folders
Good Afternoon, Valerie,
We were working with Christine on migrating folders to SharePoint and she mentioned that you have some concerns regarding some of the folders and your ISO certification. We definitely do not want to compromise any of your ISO certification requirements. Could you let me know which folders are required to be maintained on Docushare and m:/ drive?
Thank you,
Erin
