Hi Christiana,

I appreciate the effort to update and revision control the spreadsheet, i think it's a great idea and should help the techs and others to have a "default" process which can be D3'd as necessary or changed over time. Valerie has suggested Allen would be best to help you update and rev control the document.

Allen - for reference, we want to make the current document R1 and then create a R2. To my knowledge, we have not added a rev control to a Visio file before. You can see in the ones saved, there are dates each one was last updated, so they may need to be individually rev controlled, whatever makes sense for the document.

The files are here:

Christiana, please correct any misinformation in this email.

Thanks,
- Ashley

Subject: ER5C Process Procedure

Hi Ashley,
After the meeting, I went to look for the document. I was confused because the newest msword version was not available and the older excel versions are still online. I finally found the new version and will remove the older versions.

Back to why I emailing you. We discussed keeping the process generic and the techs using the daily work work center spreadsheet. I think there should be some sort of guidance or standard recipe to support the techs. I am not sure if it means to add numbers to the generic process or to have a subset of the generic process with defined numbers for the techs to fall back on. We were both techs for years and can appreciate the need for communication.

Please share your thoughts on this with me.
Chrsitiana
