[PEPPo] PEPPo Collaboration Meeting Agenda, April 27-28 at Jefferson Lab

Dear All,

The PEPPo collaboration meeting will be held next week, April 27-28 at 
Jefferson Lab.  Please find the agenda attached.  I urge all of the 
presenters to summarize their work in ~20 minutes, anticipating ~10 
minutes of real-time Q&A discussion.  A goal of the meeting is to define 
our parameter space, beam line design and the resources (hardware, 
software, labor) we need to accomplish the installation this summer.  
Action item lists, time lines, helpful parametric decision making plots 
and detailed suggestions are encouraged.  Participants will be assigned 
"homework", we will dry-run our installation & commissioning periods, 
and organize responsibilities for PAC writing.

We should aim to walk away from this meeting with the satisfaction of a 
well developed plan.

Finally, note we will not have a teleconference this week.
