[PEPPo] Proposal

Dear All,

I started a wiki about PEPPo proposal, recalling the main lines of our 
discussion of yesterday. Joe, Tony,
Alexandre and I will coordinate the write-up of each part of the 
proposal as indicated on the wiki.

You will see at the end of the page links towards the latex files. To 
make it easier to everybody, each
coordinator will take care of updating their section and you should send 
your text to them in the latex
format which is proposed. I just put there the names of the main file 
and they will create the appropriate
link. I will take care of up-dating the full tar file that everybody may 
download and untar (under Linux)
to look at format for figures and references. I suggest that you add 
your own reference list at the end of
your text and I will collect the list for the full proposal in order to 
avoid many people working simultaneously
on the same file.

To start with, please check the main file "Proposal.tex" where you have 
the list of names and affiliations. I
started from the LOI and add a few names but there is missing many other 
names and the exact affiliation in
the same format that you have JLab or Grenoble. So please correct 
directly the file and get it
back to me, and get in touch at the earliest with the coordinator of the 
section(S) you are contributing.
