[PEPPo] PAC38: agenda and reviewer reports

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

I have received, and now posted to our wiki, the PAC38 agenda and 
reviewer reports.  In general, our reports are positive and helpful.  
According to the present draft agenda, our presentation is scheduled for 
the final day of PAC38 Thursday, August 25th - so, not a long wait until 
the final executive summary is made public.

On or before next Wednesday's weekly meeting we will organize a 
discussion of the presentation and issues to be dealt with in advance.
