[PEPPo] lead handling = not too far away

Dear PEPPo Collaborator:

Those involved with PEPPo detector will likely handle painted lead 
bricks.  Before doing so you must take Lead Worker training (SAF136).  
In addition, those who will move large quantities (>20 bricks/day), 
e.g., the polarimeter shield hut, will need additional medical 
certification requiring on-site occupational medicine.

Now, in advance of the installation, is the appropriate time to start 
this process.  If needed then please contact Jennifer Williams 
(jennifer at jlab.org) or Mary Boggs (moboggs at jlab.org) to register for the 
next opportunity.
